How can he will immigrant to USA?

my friend live in UK. his fiance stay in USA.and he came over there by students visa from bangladesh.Still he studying.but she want merry him soon. so hw she bring him to USA? can he come from UK to USA by her apply for him as immigrant. or he have to go beck to his country? If anyone know the about it ,let me know please.
