Will my computer overheat with this graphics card?

hi guys, im thinking of getting the nvidia gtx 460 for my computer (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Nvidia-GTX460SE-SuperClocked-192-Bit-Graphics/dp/B004LWZLH0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1311143137&sr=8-1), my computer is the acer aspire m3910-2. Im going to get a 700watt psu aswell, either this(http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/corsair-gaming-series-gs700-700w-power-supply-unit-07656749-pdt.html) or this (http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/ocz-700w-stealthxstream-2-atx-power-supply-unit-07737479-pdt.html) not sure which is best and which will fit into the computer. Im looking at 8Gb of DDR3 RAM aswell. I was just wondering, will my computer get really hot and overheat when it is running with these components and if so is there a fan i can get to stop this from happening? Thanks
