A thirty yr old man courted me so fast.could he be serious with me?

i am 23.we met on a public vehicle while he was with his two little nephews (i am sure not his children since i already met his family last week).when he asked for my number he was very vocal about asking like do i have a boyfriend, can he get my number, paid for my fare and when they got off first from the vehicle, he said "hope we'd see each other again." days went in two days of texting he immediately courted me thru text and i said i hate guys who court in texts, so third day we met personally and after couple of conversations, he held my hand and asked if we could be together officially. even said that he wants a relationship which is serious and not just games. he even said that he doesn't want beauty as a priority but the character of the woman. with this type of courtship i felt he was sincere eventhough it was not really my intention to go official with him.so we became a couple that fast. however, the downside with him is that we don't see each other often, only texting, i want him to make a move like fetch me from school, etc.i confronted him about this and he apologized and said that he doesn't hold his time since he takes care of his little nephews since his brother is away. i proved this is true since i met his family last week.however, i want him to spend time with me, i told him. but he said that i shouldn't be childish, mature love is whether you see each other everyday or not, the feelings are there. he even said that i should extend my patience and that we will eventually reach the stage where we could spend time together. i just don't know when.i tried breaking up with him since he don't spend time with me but he said that i am being childish again. in fairness he could tame me down whenever my tantrums are up.just today he already asked for and i agreed.he said that he'd just set a date for that..besides i admire this man for being so responsible at home, he cooks, helps his sister in law, fetches his nephews, decorates the house with christmas decors and other household chores.with these qualities, is it possible that he is serious with the relationship?is he really serious with me eventhough he doesn't spend much time on me? sorry if the question is too long so you could ess the important points. thank you so much..please please please.... answer...
