PS3 full headset for PC?

I have a budget of $60 or less (I may go up to $80 if I feel the extra $20 is worth it) and I am looking for a good gaming headset that connects to my PS3 via USB and also has a stereo plug that I may use on my PC. I also want a FULL headset. I don't enjoy having sound in one ear so Bluetooth headsets are not for me. I was looking at the Ear Force P11 from Turtle Beach but I would like to know what else is out there before spent my money. I understand Astro is very popular as well but they are also very pricey. Do they make anything in my price range? I am also willing to buy cheaper headsets from places such as Wal-Mart or Best Buy so feel free to post those if you feel they meet or exceed the popular brands.
