To the Atheists/Christians/Agnostics/… Hypothetically Speaking..?

When a time machine is first turned on you can only go as far back as when the machine was first turned on. For example, if it's turned on May 1st 2092 you can only go as far back as that certain date, no further. No stopping Hitler - none of that.
