Chest pain/ sore throat/ ear pain/ terrible cough?

I have had the most terrible cough for almost a week now. Went to the doc and got a zpack (6 day antibiotic) an cough meds. Both of which I started today. But as of right now I think my symptoms are worse then when I went to the doc. About 4 days ago... Should I go back?Can this be bronchitis? It's so bad that the coughing wakes me up. My chest and ribs hurt from all the coughing and my throat is on fire... Any advice/info is greatly appreciated
