Getting a Great Dane any Advice?

Don't get me started on Danes! I love 'em. The Dane that nips/bothers a child is atypical. A Dane is one of the breeds that is typically Very patient with anything smaller. See LATimes article, couple of days ago, where a Newfie helps abused/neglected kids, name's Archie. There must be something wrong with the dog's breeding, to act that way.
