How revolutionary was the French Revolution? France went back to a king.?

After the revolution, they had, I believe, two more kings, Louis Napoleon, being the last. After his reign, they converted to a democracy. The last two kings didn't have nearly as much power as prior kings because a parliament had been established by then. The king was more of a figure head, a ntional symbol.
