American Independence War?

No one was freed actually, the American colonists fought and died against immeasurable odds to defeat what was then the most powerful military force in world history. They did not want to be ruled by England, King George didnt agree, Lexington and Conchord.... etc etc........ Fireworks, hot dogs, parades...... and that "genius" guy is a doof, considering we were born of England and would be speaking French or Spanish without her.
