Should Smackdown vs Raw 2010 include WWE and Ecw legends?

Well it would be nice but the downside to that is it would take the space away from the current low card wrestlers like: Mike Knox, Paul Burchill, Jamie Noble, Charlie H. They are going to already have a hard time getting on the game. With the Legends it will be IMPOSSIBLE. So in my opinion I would rather play with those guys, and besides I think that's why they made legends of WM so they won't have to put them in SVR 10 I could be wrong but I'm just sayin?!?
