How hard is it to get your hubby to listen to you?

Hi, I got into the show "One Tree Hill" after it was on 4 seasons after watching the show on SoapNet (I didn't even know I had that channel until I was channel surfing and came upon it by chance) and it has quickly become one of my favorite shows. However, I know that the show was on The WB network before The WB and UPN combined to form The CW network. So, did that have an impact on what soundtracks are available? I would like to get all of them, but I want to know what ones are out there and I've come across a few but I don't know if they're all from the same series. For example, I found one soundtrack that said "One Tree Hill" Soundtrack, one that said "One Tree Hill" Volume 2 Soundtrack, and one that said "One Tree Hill" Road Mix. Are these the only 3 cds out there? I wasn't sure if the switch from The WB to The CW would have effected merchandising and if items marketed under The WB would cease to exist, or if they'd continue to be marketed under the new conglomeration. I have had bad allergies my whole life. I saw the neti pot on Oprah years ago but never got one. I hear that it works great so I finally broke down and got one yesterday. I have used it 3 times now and after each time I actually get more congested and sneeze more. I am using the packets it comes with and luke warm tap water from my sink. I'm wondering if it's something in the packets that I'm allergic to. Has anyone else had this problem? Will my body get use to it and go away after a few uses? I am a junior and I am freaking out about colleges and all the stuff I have to do. I really want to get into UC Berkley or UC Davis but I am not sure if i will get it. Again, which is the better choice? If you have been to either colleges which one would you recommend? She ORDERED the dog to attack and it did ferociously. that control officer wouldnt have stood a chance. My parents other dog was attacked by a pit that was NOT on a leash. Cats: what to do if we go abroad?

We have two cats, one 8 yrs and one 9 yrs old. We are planning on moving abroad, to Italy, at some point in the future (probably 4 or 5 years). We are concerned about what to do with our cats. Do we put them through the stress of such a long move (presumably by air)? Would they be sedated by a vet? Or do we leave them with someone, probably until they die?

Ok, so my Grandmother's 15 year old Bichon Frise died about a week ago. She lives alone and has been very lonely without him. I've talked with her and we've decided that I'll buy her a new puppy for christmas. She's narrowed it down to 3 breeds that she really likes. She told me to just pick one and she will be happy with any of the 3 breeds because I know more about dogs than she does because my parents have bred and shown dogs since before I was born. She doesn't want another Bichon, while she loved him dearly he did have his personality quirks, like he wouldn't touch dog food she tried every brand out there hard and canned and he just would not touch it, He was a nightmare to bathe and groom and would often snap at whomever was doing the grooming, he hated men, and was very wary around strangers. He absolutely loved me for some reason and never exhibited any of this behavior towards me but he did with everyone else including my Grandma. So anyway she really likes Havanese, Cavaliers and Japanese Chins. She's 82 years old and while she is extremely active and still drivers her self every where, takes daily walks and gets around amazingly well she wants a small dog that will be easy for her to handle but she wants the dog to have hair and she wants a female this time because she wants to put little bows in it's hair and things like that. I have owned a Cavalier and a Japanese Chin in the past but I don't have much experience with a Havanese. I loved my Cavalier but I absolutely adored my Japanese Chin, she along with every other Chin I have come across was just the epitome of sweetness. I know that a Havanese doesn't shed so that might be good for her since she's used to having a Bichon which also doesn't shed. A Havanese will be a lot of grooming though but I think it would also have the most potential for putting bows and such in the hair. If I had to pick from this group for myself I think I would pick another Chin, but I'm trying to make the best decision for her. So from what I've told you about her which breed do you think would work best for her. Thanks!

I am failing health!?

today in health cl, my teacher told everyones averages outloud. He didnt say, which grades were whos. Most of them were under 65 (failing) like, 20's, 30's etc. at my school, anything under 65 is failing. the highest grade was like, 76 and my paretns are gonna ground my for life, and be soooooo disapointed in me if i failed. and i cant take it when my parents are disapointed in me. every time they are, i think about commiting suicide, but thats not the point. i get better grades in eveything else! my average overall is around a 90 or 88 or something. but if i read my report card, and the grade for health is failing, i am gonna break down crying right in my homeroom. and i will be soo embaraced. is there any way that i can make sure that i did not fail? and i could use some sympathy! please. thanx

How often do airlines lose luggage?

The reason I ask is because im going to mexico for a week. Im going to a beach resort and I do have a lot of things to bring. I need obvious things like swimsuits, sandals, sneakers, straightner, cloths, toiltries, and then some semi-formal cloths for the restraunts there that require that dress code. Along with other miscallanous things I have a bag fully packed. I don't consider myself to be an over packer but with all the activities and different outfit requirements I can't see leaving anything behind. Yet everyone I talk to tells me that since I'm stopping so many times on my way there(hartford to charolette, to mexico city, to cancun) that they will most defentially lose my luggage. I have never flown before so I dont want to get to my destination and not have my luggage. They also say to pack it all on carryon luggage but I can't do that either(I have several items that cannot be carried on) So in reality what are the chances of my luggage being lost do you think?

My kickboxing fight?

ok i have a kickboxing fight in 11 days on the 23rd. now i train almost everyday and im in good shape , but my question is that in my last fight there wasnt a ring ( theres gonna be 1 this time ) but the dude kept runnin from me and he'd hit me run from me and so on , so now that i have a ring ( ive never faught in 1 before ) how much can they run from me ? like when i get them on the ropes they can't go anywhere can they ? cuz it just drives me crazy when they run , cause it like if your running then your gonna catch a beating . and if u dont wanna fight then u shudnt have stepped into the ring

Break the coals open, if they are burnt all the way through then its fine, if they are unburnt in the middle then your burner is inefficient, try letting more ari into the burner by opening the vent. if you burn wood and coal together then the wood will absorb all the heat and the coal will not burn so well. if these solutions fail you could just try breaking the coals up into smaller pieces so that they burn all the way through.

i have always had indoor/outdoor cats. i live on a quiet street but there are sometimes too fast drivers and yes coyotes. i let my babies out during the daytime. always checking for them and making certain they are in before dark. they are animals i figure and their nature is to hunt. so even though it is dangerous, i do let them out. yes i did lose one to a coyote 5 years ago but that was because he was lethargic due to just having been bitten by a rabid mouse, said the vet. so there is a risk. but i cannot keep them indoors all their lives. guess you have to weigh the risks for yourself.

Need help with newborn sleeping!?

My son is nine months old now, but he did the same thing. When he would be tired I would put him down for a nap and lay him in his bouncy seat. Well at her first birthday, my daughter had a sippy cup at meals but still had her bottle at naptime and bedtime. She went to bed at about 7:30pm and slept until about 7am. And took one nap most days at about 11am, slept for about 2 - 2 1/2 hours. She never did accept a pacifier. On the occasion she'd wake up at night if she didn't fall back to sleep on her own within a few minutes I'd go in and cuddle with her for just a minute and give her just like 3 - 4 oz of milk.... hope this helps...

My friend is avoiding me, why?

My friend's a guy. He's been "avoiding" me for a long time. We have mutual friends (who are girls) and he has no problem talking to them. Computer problem - how do i solve?

This computer is doing some weird stuff in the past day. Sometimes pressing a letter key while typing generates random characters on screen and sometimes pressing the keys while typing an email somehow gives commands to open programs, shut down computer. Also MS Publisher freezes when saving if i turn some text a different color. Is there a good "Scan disk" freeware program I can run to fix whatever errors there are? The TTC woes again!!?

Me and my hubby have been TTC #2 for about 3 months. I have grown accustomed to checking my cervix and CM every month. After stopping BC in december, I had a period on about january 16th. On febuary 2nd I had another period with black blood. My cervix was high and soft on febuary 18th with loitiony CM. It never got to EWCM. Then I had another period on febuary 28th?!?! After that period ended around the 5th of march my cervix became low and hard and closed. Around the 10th it began to rise, become soft and make more CM. On about the 18th it was making copious amounts of lotiony CM and was high and soft and open. Then on the 20th it was hard to reach and soft, with some EWCM mixed in and lotiony as well. However on the 22nd on it has been high soft closed and making lots of lotiony CM. We have had at least every other day since the 10th of march. I have been feeling fluttering in my abdomen and had gas like crazy, and been hungry. I have also had bouts of nausea. I do hope I'm looking at this right. I dont want to loose my optimism for having another baby.
